It did originally show up as Xbox button prompts, but the below change fixed that for me.
*My DualShock4 is enabled in the Steam Big Picture controller profiles
-FIX for Xbox prompts with DS4-
Right click Cyberpunk 2077 in Library
Properties
General Tab > near bottom
*Steam input Per-game setting
> Forced Off
Start Cyberpunk and DS4 button prompts and touchpad should function ingame.
For some reason, vibration still does not work tho, but no biggy.
?
It's not the ideal solution but it's a quick fix until they will (hopefully) fix it.
If you are on GOG just add the game to Steam as a non-Steam game to be able to use this as well.
Open the Steam Big Picture Mode (top right corner in Steam)
[or manually go to Steam > Settings > Controller > first button 'General Controller Settings']
and check the 'Playstation Configuration Assistent'' option.
The only downside are Xbox input prompts we have to deal with ingame (temporarily) but it's still better than nothing. This might work for other controllers as well, as I saw some other people having no vibration with Xbox controllers too, just try to select the same configuration assistent option for your related controller (Xbox, Switch Pro, various others, etc.)
Hope this will help y'all to enjoy Cyberpunk, happy gaming! <3
OP I use Xbox Elite v2 controller. Works perfect.
There's a quick lil fix found by iwishuwood which helps alot:
Go to Settings > Controls > go down to 'First Person Camera (Controller) > turn 'Show Advanced Options' on > and set 'Horizontal Rotation Bonus' and 'Vertical Rotation Bonus' to 0.
This decreases the wonkyness alot. Hope this helps u too! :P
