There is i think, streamers had to turn off nudity in order to stream without any violations. Turning of nudity removes schlongs/donuts in the game.

thats not even true. most streamers i watched (i only watched character creation) showed nudity. and you can make a female with a ding dong as well im pretty sure.

AFAIK there is no gender. You pick body shape and junk separately.
