Do you think MacBook Pro (2020) can handle this?
Device name: Dao
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9980HK CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5600M with 8GB of HBM2 memory

I am using bootcampdrivers.com drivers, they are custom made AMD drivers specifically tweaked for Bootcamp Mac's. I played RDR2 and DOOM ETERNAL (60, 165+) FPS respectively on medium-high settings just fine.

It will most likely run, but I would assume at pretty low settings. If you want to play I would go for it and if it runs like ♥♥♥♥ just refund it, or play via geforce now.

Damn personally I doubt it. But if you can run Doom Eternal and Red Dead Redemption like you claim you can then you should be able to play CP2077 as well.
Just try it and don't go over 2 hours and you'll be able to return it on steam and get your money back.

That is incredibly surprising and I am doubtful...
Regardless you have an uphill battle because so far optimization of this game has been less then stellar, Mac is going to suffer even worse for it...

That isn't to say I WANT it to fail to run, as much as I hate apple (they are the worst) I don't want you to suffer for choosing an inferior system.
