Witcher 3 has 6 times more sex scenes and better animations than CP2077 does anyone call Witcher 3 a porn game ? NOPE.
Its kind of like in gta your character might have a mission that involves a strip club. Like either you go extort someone there, or maybe you're taking a mission for a pimp or something. But its largely ignorable because the larger point of the mission is still you're shooting someone.
Similarly here there's points where you walk into a sex shop for a mission. And, in the end what you do in the sex shop is talk to people about some mission objective unrelated to sex, and ofc shoot people. Same as any mission just with a more sex-related setting.
So its largely ignorable in terms of objectives but if you insist on not seeing it at all, that's not really possible. You will see some but there's nothing in the main story that goes far enough that I think it would qualify as porn.
What's being Australian got to do with it? I'm Australian and I'm glad we don't get the game censored by our nanny-state government for once.
There's a very big difference between the actual adult look at sexuality you'd see in ghost in the shell, and cybermeme's sliders and profanity. One is clearly made for, and by, children.
Because I was called a puritan American by a moron
Your life must be paradise if those are the petty problems you get wind up about.
This is actually an intentional point of the setting, it shows you how those things change people's lives and makes everyone cynical and miserable. "Sex sells" is the whole point. But right from the beginning of the game, it at least does something right. It talks about the lives of the sex workers to some extent.
Without going into too many spoilers, the people in the game do what they do to survive, and prostitution is a big part of that.
