Steamcharts player count
Hey people, just wondering what your guesses are on the player count for CP2077 in the first day on Steamcharts? Or.. the first update to the Steamcharts for CP2077? I'm calling half a million minimum.

I remember seeing doom eternal Steamcharts player count at launch. It was around 100k+, if CP2077 is hyped from long a time ago. And it was being meme by a redditor. It could be around 200k-500k.

As said before. Steam charts will show 0 players the first day

This is because steam charts does not showcase the first day!!

A couple hundred thousands, I guess? The game is sold on consoles and other stores like GOG, which might get almost as much, if not more, players as steam, Epic, which will take a huge loss from selling copies if they do it legally (some guy claims Epics sell the game for 30$ instead of 60/59$), or won't take a hit at all, if they are scummy.

All things considered, I hope it will be about 4+ millions, but being a pessimist, I expect 200K+.

I've a feeling the player count at the start will not be as high as some think, Everyone here may love the game but don't forget it is a odd combination of FFS/RPG/Si-Fi/Acion and no matter what there will be a large part of players who will only part with there money a few days after it comes out so they can look at reviews. I've a good feeling that it will easily be a best seller however after a few weeks

Mount and Blade Warband had 150,000, so maybe 100,000

Considering all the hype and how other games like DOOM Eternal reached 100k on launch day, maybe 150-200k?

You probably mean Bannerlord and not Warband. Also not sure why you compare it to one specific game. I could also say Fallout 4 had 472k players at launch and judging by Cyberpunks strong performance in the top sellers list over the past year that it's gonna beat Fallout 4 numbers easily at launch.

700.000
300-600k
Wouldn't be surprised if it beats Fallout 4
