Ghost in the Shell sounds like an awesome thing to try to recreate in a creating your character, but I'm going to see if I can recreate a character with capabilities resembling any character from the manga Blame. Deep dive demo already has you tearing open doors at high strength instead of finding another route.

Oh, i hope they won't add something from a manga in this game...
But there is no chance they will do this because CDPR don't own the IPs and they won't use an another licence without having the copyrights if they didn't pay the licence owners to use it.
And they've probably better things to do with their money to add quality/content/flavor to the game than that.
