Will this game have cyborgs?
I'm not really sure what the trailers are trying to say, so does this game have cyborgs?

Yes. Pretty much all characters from trailers are cyborgs.

I don't know where your definition of cyborg comes from but since every character in the trailer, including the main character (stand in) has mechanical parts that are integrated into the human flesh and give them usually enhancements or at the very least a substitude for the lost limb we can be fairly sure that there are cyborgs in it.
Maybe OP means full-on cyber psycho total conversion cyborg? I hope so...if the initial reveal cinematic trailer is anything to go on, the Cyber Psycho Squad will be in the game, so maybe there will be some total conversion cyborgs they have to bring down?

This guy describes it fairly well. He's pulling info from the Cyberpunk 2020 Chrome 2 and Full Body Conversion sourcebooks.

Nice info in that video, thanks for the link, makes me want a more sandboxy, MP game, with the source materials translated 1:1, so you can literately do anything from the P&P game.
As I already know Cyberpunk 2077 will have limitations(I mean, I wasn't told this, I just have yet to see a P&P game get fully implemented in video game format, without just being a UI for P&P, like Tabletop Simulator)

Yes, but we'll call them 'androids'.

If they ever open it up for mods...i think someone dedicated enough cann pull that off.
If I have the time, I would be down for doing something with that, though I pretty much have no artistic ability, I am a programmer, so at best I could create tools/modify scripts, it just depends on what support they provide for modding, or how the game files are organized, I imagine it would be similar to how The Witcher 3 was(which I haven't looked in to, so I have no idea how it works right now), so anyone with experience modding Witcher 3 should have a leg up with CP2077.

I need to reinstall The Witcher 3 and dig around when I get some time.
