I disagree, the old version was closer to Classic Rock than the new Punk Rock Metal, which isn't inherently bad. With that said, I think the Punk Rock version fits Johnny's character way better.

Because it doesn't exist. The song is done for the game only (In lore it was one of the hits of Johnny Silverhand), and CDPR hasn't released a full version yet.

ps. I preferred the 2018 version of the song. I'd REALLY like to hear the full song of the 2018 version.
