It's been confirmed already that the character creator will allow you to make a transgender character, as well someone who is non-binary. Or a straight male or female.

However, in a recent Q&A Panel, lead quest designer Pawel Sasko hinted that being able to purchase and equip a cybernetic enhancement called a Mr.Studd. Which is essentially a giant mechanical... Uh... Male organ...

In the table top version Cyberpunk 2020, the Mr Studd gives you +2 to Seduction Checks. So who knows what it could do in the 2077 game.

Same, because I suspect all the NPCs will be gender normative. They have only hinted that the player might be able to RP as Futa.
