Limited character creation

Hi So it seems they removed the ability to personalize our character and give him a proper first and last name,entering a cool biography etc like a real pen and paper rpg.Also the customization stuff looks very limited....I’m a bit disappointed i thought we get some improvements not limitations.

Anyone concerned the character creation seems a bit..lacking? especially in the hair department, and other stuff, I'm hoping the cool ♥♥♥♥ like glowing hair and eyes can be bought later on, and I hope there are barbershops where you can get more haircuts cus so far it seems a bit lacking, atleast for Male V

yeah... plus you also see that, they are not nude anymore , this kinda getting me feeling about possible censorship.. , i made a thread about that some weeks ago..

If they want the game to get a certain rating and on consoles then im pretty sure there will be some limitations on stuff.

Edit: has CDPR done an unrated anything before? If not then i wouldnt get my hopes up.

According to a CD Projekt Red representative, the creation in the demo was made for the demo, and more options are coming.

More options are coming. The demo was specific to E3.

Yeah maybe they are adding a few customization options but what about the character sheet?

, hope its not always like that(from demo) in final build or after release , isnt it. (for PC and uncensored version i mean)

Dev did mentioned or stated before that its going to have full nudity and something probably more mature then how witcher 3 was.., but i guess we'll see.

You won't be able to change V's name. You'll always be V. But body type, hair, your stat attributes, all those things are customizable. The new aesthetic just looks more streamlined.

Who knows what they'll add or take away in seven months.

Yeah but v is just an alias you could enter a first and last name if you watch the 2018 trailer and you could also enter other stuff

I've seen the first 48 minute demo about five times. I've broken it down for youtube, as well.

In the original the stat boxes for name say "MISSING DATA."

There's nothing that indicates you could enter or alter any information aside from your three main backstory choices, which has now been changed slightly.

Yeah that’s true i hope they bring that back.Even if people are calling you with your alias it would be a nice touch to give your character a first and last name like a real pen and paper rpg like you said

Sure you could give your character a name there is a edit information button and the team also confirmed that.

its obvious this isnt the whole customisation system since I saw no option to change voices

Yeah, you could change your life path and who your hero was as a child. I've already spoken to CD Projekt Red about it last year. They changed it into a new classless system so you can be whatever you wanted.
