Fin Fang Foom Stuck (cutscene won't play)

hi, i am stuck on this mission, i keep defeating Fin Fang Foom but then nothing happens. form my online google there a cutscene that is suppost to happen but nothing dose i am just looking at as passout foom. so am i missing something i beaten him like 5 times now on hard setting. i don;t really want to do that again.
