AMD Radeon RX 5700 driver timeout

I've already gotten into chapter 10, and this is easily THE game of 2021, but this has happened over 8 times now, where my monitors will go dark for a few moments and suddenly bam, my drivers (which are up to date, with all the graphics extras turned off for this game) were timed out and i have to force close the game.

It got so bad one time my drivers just completely ate scutt and wouldn't launch, saying they were incompatible with my system. One driver reinstall and two more timeouts later and I can't say I'm excited to torture my PC even more with this game, is there any sort of ETA on a stability patch anywhere?

I assume you have disabled anti lag as mentioned from amd release notes in the faq?
Also amd have released drivers today that apparently relax that:

Great, this was exactly what I was waiting for! Thanks for letting me know, I probably wouldn't have checked for a good week or two otherwise.
