Game wont Start

When I click Start nothing happens and start comes back up. I have a AMD 5900, 3080TI, 32GB of Ram. Help

In the nvidia control panel i have changed the desktop size and resolution and checked the no scaling option, before.

Now i have updated steam and deactivated the shader-pre-caching, and deleted a custom steam.cfg file which forces steam-offline-mode at start per default, and re-installed the game !

And now it works !!!

can you explain in a bit more detail? Nvidia control panel already has the right resolution and size, did you downscale it?
