very long loading time, and stuttering?

My game takes almost 5 mins to load to the MAIN menu...
when I click on play i can wait an other 10 mins of loading and waiting simulator.

My sound shutters when there is a new scene or new location being loaded. most of the time i mis the first 2 words of the 3 sentences on the new loaded location.
My screen just stops and freeze while the sound goes on, when loading a new location/ scene.

what can i do to play/start-up the game more smoothly?

I use the settings that nvidia tells me to use. i even try to lower them but loading time is stil not natural long.

I dont run any other programmes on the background when starting up the game or playing it.

my pc:
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070
intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU 3.20Hz
15.92 GB RAM
1920x1080, 144Hz

Sorry to hear you are having long load times.
Its difficult to say what the problems might be but do you have a physical disk?
Cleaning up some extra harddrive space and checking for fragmentation can improve specific loading issues.

I did not know steam give game disk?
no i have the steam version digital game.
I have more then 300 GB of free space on my HDD that should be more of enough right?

I too have long loading times after 1 day of playing, the first day seems fine. but now al of a sudden it takes 2 minutes to load a savegame. Even when loading the last checkpoint. Maybe it is because of Windows 11. But it was fast on Windows 11 before. I have the game installed on an SSD so I think that is not the issue.

I've got a beefy gaming PC, and had to turn settings on the lowest graphics settings, and still slow and almost unplayable

Updating nvidia and waiting for the guardians galaxy game update fixed my isues slowly over time also turn off the special rtx or how they call it lightreflection flare settings helped me.

fragmentation on SSD's you are FUNNY dev!
I have this game on my SSD and the load times are 15 min to start the game, maybe 5 min to load from menu
then another 5-10 min between scenes

waaaaaah the hell?
