No suitable D3D12 adaptor found

If anyone's found a fix please tell me. I've updated my laptop, I made sure all drivers were up to date I have Direct X 12 and I meet all the requirements for the game. I also twice uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled steam had to reinstall the game and I still get the same error message! I paid close to $70 for pre-order! I can't even launch the freaking game! I'm far from happy right now.

what gpu do you have. Minimum requirements are DirectX12_0 with a dedicated 4Gb
