(stuck) Enemy not spawning in chapter 1

I just had to keep restarting the chapter. After my 5th try or so, it just decided to spawn all the enemies. Weird bug. Gonna leave this up in case anyone else runs into this problem and searches the discussion.


Chapter 1, no more than 30 minutes in.

The part where the pipe breaks and you have to solo some melee weak enemies. I watched a walk through to be sure. At least 1 enemy isn't spawning which is making it impossible to progress. Any one know a fix?

Yeah i uninstall , because of this bug =D maybe i try again.
