(BUG??)Some achievements unlocking in 2 stack

I unlocked 2 achievements at the same time i.e. Killer Friendship - Execute an Auto-Combo with Gamora and Thoughtful Captain - Find half of the Guardian Collectibles, while in combat, which should not be possible since one is collectable related, earlier also I unlocked trophy in 2 stack after the end of a boss fight. Is this a known bug?

I just 100% the game and yes it happened a lot. The game almost takes time to notice that its unlocked. I just made a rant board because I was trying to get the staggered shot one for Quill and I spent an hour trying to trigger it. Gave up, exited the game and it popped....after the game already closed. Steam said I unlocked it 40 minutes prior.
