Don't confuse a rtx 3050 with it's laptop version. Your card has the performance of a 1650, maybe 1650 SUPER and only if the manufacturer is fully powering it. With a 1650 at 1080p you can expect ~30 fps according to benchmarks. Based on your cards power usage(from 25 W to 80 W) you might have less.
