To me it, it's you playing as Star Lord while in a movie. I mean the other Guardians feel so alive and watching them fight enemies is a blast. It's honestly a big for me

who adored telltales style stories *ty for liking our games!
and mix that with some killer combo yakuza style battle, and you got this awesome gem

I just wish this would be the movie line, not what they turned it into..
Also I would love another game, but sadly I know the ugh behind that

this game is so good i bought it here after playing it on gamepass on my xbox, unfortunately it runs like butt on my pc. stutters like crazy.

peter quill is one of my favorite marvel heroes so i dont mind playing as him he's pretty great.

I didn't have ray tracing so it ran smooth the entire time. Only a few areas had some constant frame drops but they were short sequences.

well I am sorry but the game stutters, not badly but randomly and it seems in transition to new areas aka wall walking throughs
then oops

even subtitles flicker for a second

other than that though, just stop alt tabbing people
or use windowed mode which will kill performance as gsync kicks in over vsync

I am running it on an i5 13600K with a humble RTX2070 at 3440x1440, raytracing on but transparent raytracing off and it was very smooth. Benchmark says 77fps average.

new gpus are not made for ported pos games
I adore this port though, but it has a few mem leaks never fixed that can indeed cause lag OR even crashing if you play to long and the mem leaks build up

here on my i7 with 3070 I do get some halts, stutters and flickering
so the fix?
its to easy...
just use tools like inspector.. or riva tuner
set prerendered frames = 1
also turn off xbox in ms
turn on gaming

the os has more power than it should
hence why win 11 blows for gaming
win 12 is soooooooooo much worse
no more hard drives people
ahhh
you wont be able to play old games at all
outside of vm boxes that is, which win 12 claims most of them are vulnerable
so if you use even scummvm or dosbox on win 12 atm it bricks you from getting updates

Guardians however is a better game. By FAR the best game Marvel has had. There's no real competition for it.
