i'm new this game but when i came to this scene it immediately caught my attention because i played assassin's creed odyssey for around 500hours and it caught my attention a bit on the internet and i found many similar topics.

Yeah thought the same when i played GOTG for first time and i didn't even played Assassin's Creed Odyssey just saw some screenshots and videos.

I even looked it up but there are no credits for the VA of Kassandra so it's probably only a random likeness. ^^

that comparison has been around since the first Guardians trailer. Kassandra has been around for 2500 years. Who knows what kind of hijinks she got into at that time? She also has that beast-taming ability.
and Eivor doesn't look like Kassandra at all.

I think they used the same model but I thought the same thing since I played ACO with Kassandra. I saw several interviews with the voice actress but she looks nothing like her character. If you look through several images of Melissanthi Mahut who is the character model or vo for both characters, you will notice that they don't look nothing alike. Not saying Melissanthi is unattractive but her nose is different from Kassandra and Lady Hellbender. It is like Ubisoft tweak her face to get the desired look. Some games will have both a vo and character model that are different. Yet I saw nothing to say otherwise.

I just search more and there are two separate voice actresses for each character of Kassandra played by Melissanthi Mahut and Sarah Levesque for Lady Hellbender which look nothing alike to their characters.

It is interesting that a lot of people have made the comparison between the two, yet if Kassandra was made by Ubisoft Quebec then why would another studio unrelated to them take her likeness?
