Yes, between two times when it reactivate your game on the server, you can play offline, until the next time, and then you're locked out of your game until you allow it to reactivate again on the server...

DRM has no negative impact on the game. The few instances where it wasn't implemented correctly are few and far in-between. 99 percent of the time, its a your pc is a potato situation.

Why stupid if its true. Denuvo is worse on older CPUs and Denuvo has mostly an impact on loading times which has nothing to do with the gameplay. If I'm wrong then correct me.

I also prefer when games are DRM free but Denuvo is not that bad compared to securom, safedisc, starforce or activiation limit these things were alot more annoying.
