stuck in chapter 12 - mantlo's bar

hi. Im stuck in chapter 12 - i can't move the gate to mantlo's bar. There's a circle indicator for interaction but when i come closer it doesnt change to button icon and I can't interact with it. Any ideas what should I do?

I know that this is an old post, but I'm stuck there, too. Reload checkpoint doesn't fix it and starting from the previous chapter doesn't either.

Found this because I was also stuck, and for me turns out I just had to open the other entrance with the green "pull" gun feature in order to let the others into the bar and then it worked.
