server not reachable error

i'm trying to use the link they have provided to fix the problem but it wont work, has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

EDIT: just launched the game up with no error thing coming up this time hopefully it works for all of yous.

I'm having this issue too. Posted just now as well. Did you just finish downloading the game? I'm currently re-downloading it all over again to see if the problem persists. Let me know if you find a solution man!
