every time it crash in chapter 8

in chapter 8 when u travel back in time to save u mother it always crash :/ no matter what i change in option it never do this before in other chapter and idk why, i have a good pc with a rx 5700 xt rog strix. have someone the same problem ? :/

dude this, i have a sapphire 5700xt with a 3800x and 32gb of ram.... i dont see anyone else reporting this but i literally cannot progress.

SAME, this sucks. there is no way to progress in the game and i dont know what to do now.

I'm having the same issue, every time i go to reject the promise it crashes. sucks to not be able to progress the game any further.

I seem to have fixed it, i changed everything to windowed mode and i was able to progress past the spot where i kept crashing.

it sounds like youi were actually crashing at a different spot than the rest of us. looks like we are going to have to wait a week.....this sucks.

Same issue here, it crashed when you arrive at the craft bench, at the beginning I could load moments before that part, but now it saved in the spot of the crash and now it won't even load.

Kept crashing for me at the beginning of chapter 2 and luckily I had a chance to refund. But i'm upset because the game was actually fun. But I could not get the game from not crashing no matter what I did.

Same here - RX5700XT OC
The black things are coming ... Credits are running? What? Declining the promise chrashes the game completely, accepting it brings me back to games start screen.
Changing to window mode fixed it for me.

I had the same problem on the steam deck. Switched to Proton Hotfix and it worked.
