I just play Chapter with Lady on second time on NG+ (sell Rocket, for the first time - sell Groot), nothing new. Monster do not open.

Is that the Llama? You can hide the llama or the tech weapons in an early choice.

Edit: Okay the outline doesn't look like the llama. It probably isn't.

Yes, he is in the bar. You must go to bar BEFORE Gamora and Drax away. If Gamora and Drax go away from you, he is not in the bar. if you can right choices he reward you a ticket to Tenvar exibition (or you can buy ticket for 5000 later).

Yes, NG+ present. I play second time to try another ways and choices and get in vending machine second (and third) toys on Knowhere. I get for now “Shoomy-Gorath Dangler” and “Plush Knowbody”. In third plays i get “Skaggler Doll”.
