Game Stuck/Bugged in Chapter 7

I'm currently past Nikki's room and heading to Ko-Rel's office. However, once inside the small tunnel to get there, the game bugs and won't let me progress up the ramp. I've tried reloading checkpoints, resetting settings, checking for bad files, and uninstalling/reinstalling. No dice. Anyone encountered this by chance and know a workaround?

EDIT for those of you who find this and need help. To resolve this issue, force cap your FPS to 60 (or possibly 30). I'm now through the section.

I had the same issue. Can confirm, FPS cap to 60 does help!
