The PC's aren't worth nearly that much, but if we've bought GPU's since the "shortage" started then we might have paid double or triple the usual cost for these. I paid 1200€ for my RX6800 GPU and it's worth 600€ at most. The prices on these went up to about 1500€ at the worst point but have come down to about 1375€ since then.
Yeah, that's exactly what happened. Right down to letting it sit on the pause menu fixing it as well. I checked for new drivers, turned it down to medium and turned off depth of field (mostly because it looks real ugly in this game) and then started from Chapter 1 again and it still had the same issue but to a slightly lesser extent. There's definitely something going on here.
actually finished the game last night. Didn't change anything and ran silky smooth until the end. Thinking maybe it's an optimization issue maybe?
You buy the Guardians of the Galaxy because of the talking raccoon, you philistine.
But Mantis is absolutely super-cute in the game, if you must know.
The first level is where I suffer fps drops, equally playable... it could be that this level is very loaded with details, I don't know.
From there, the game runs perfectly.
