Audio Issues

Just started the game, the audio in game keeps cutting out and i cant hear voices or music for a few seconds then comes back in and keeps doing it. Anyone else having this issue?

I had the same problem but I could fix it by changing the audio from stereo headphones to multi dimensional audio.

I am also having this issue when using a wireless headset. When using speakers or a wired headset it is fine. I changed the audio from stereo to headphones and it did not fix the issue.

I have the same issue and I went through all the audio options one by one to see if any of them worked better. So far the television option seems to have the least cutting out for me even though I am using wired headphones. But I still have frequent audio issues no matter what.

The patch today (10/28/21) fixed the audio issues for me, I just played for over an hour with no cutting out at all.

I had issues using the Xbox Wireless Headset. It just kept cutting out all the time. I switched back to Logitech Pro X and no sound issues at all.

Actually, it seems that unplugging my controller fixes it.

Don't use KS audio output, if you are. For me that was my issue. I was outputting KS to my controller (Dualsense, for haptic feedback).

I had the same symptoms on an X570 Motherboard combined with a SoundBlaster Z Series soundcard using headphones. I found that my Creative drivers were not up to date. Installing the newest drivers solved the problem for me. Creative also lists this kind of problem in the changelog.

I have bad audio stutter, no matter audio settings. Seems like its mostly the music that stutter/cuts.

I dont think my system is under majpr pressure - Getting approx. 80 fps in the benchmark, but audio is stuttering a lot, also during benchmark.

Updated realtek audio drivers today; unplugged all controllers; Switched gfx settings to low for test purpose; Tried all audio configs. Still stutters.

What is this <KS audio output> and how to disable it?

Same things happening- i tried everything- update drivers, change output devices, change settings, tried to run game on tv through hdmi, even reinstall windows. nothing helps.

Nothing worked until I changed my audio settings to headphones. I'm not using headphones. Audio straight from TV with headphones in the audio settings. Now the dialogue works perfectly.

Same issue. Cycling between audio settings usually fixes it.
