So 500 series users had only two options, either increase the voltage or down clock the GPU 15% or more.
I've been searching for a couple of days for a solution and thanks to you it seems to be fixed. I have a similar setup to your computer, running a GTX 570 and lowering my core and memory clocks seem to have fixed the problem.
If you find your temps are good. Instead of lowering the GPU clock, you can safely try to increase the voltage 2 digits everytime untill the game is stable, while checking the temps.
