What Crysis game is the best?

ive only played warhead and crysis 2. Idk those two are the same to me. if anything i would go with crysis 2

Crysis 1 is a masterpiece, very fun game, Crysis 2 i bought recently and i can tell you its too damn boring, very linear game, dragging myself to finish it. I have no idea why crytek changed so much from the original game. If you can, get the whole franchise (75% is a nice discount), if you dont have the $$ and need to choose go with Crysis 1.

crysis 2 is perfect but then again so is crysis 1 so get crysis 2 just for the multiplayer

all peaces of the franchise is a great game.....you wont regret it! The graphic, the gameplay and the story is great...but 1 thing I don't like in the stroy...... there is a great diference between the 1st Crysis and the 2nd..... but nevermind.... :D

All of them are great, but the first and second are different game styles, which I like. Warhead is my favorite, though, more guns, more approaches to situations, amazing story and gameplay.

Personally, I felt Crysis 1 to be the best out of the franchise. Warhead is alright, mostly additional things and more storyline which is fine while Crysis 2 felt too different to Crysis 1 for me, both the singleplayer and the multiplayer so much that it didn't felt like a Crysis game to me.

Probably its just personal preference but I definitely liked Crysis 1 much more than Crysis 2 as I've played multiplayer on 1 for almost a year+ when it came out while only played 2 for 2 months or so at most before it became stale for me. Both had hacker issues of course, which was one reason why it became a hassle to play multiplayer on either of them eventually.

Crysis 1 was PC game, bigger, free roaming, harder.
Crysis 2 is console game, spectacular with good story but no free roaming and shallow gameplay.
They are both entertaining but in different ways.

Crysis 1 all the way. Crysis 2 goes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the entire middle section, has you gun down aliens in CoD-style and everything is on rails. I just completed the thing in one sitting and I have to admit that I was pretty disappointed. Sure, it does appeal to someone, but that sure as hell isn't me. Crysis 1 was great. Crysis 2 is-... Well, let me put it like this, they took out the fists and removed your ability to fisticuffs people into a pile of ♥♥♥♥. There's no fun in that. The environment is also the same throughout the entire game, with the slight exception here and there which you can glare at for a couple of minutes before it throws you another donkey-pile of mediocre-looking wrecked buildings that you can hardly tell apart. Then they also shoved in that god-awful "suit upgrade system" that must have been designed by a retarded kid. The way it's built up gives you no insentive whatsoever to even consider experimenting and actually have fun. Instead, earn 16000 points asap so it lets you READ what the damn things do (I'm not kidding, you have to be able to afford the upgrades before you can even read what they say), and if you buy something else for your alien goo, making your point-pool drop again, you're back to square one and it disables the skill descriptions. I'm not going to spoil anything, but damnit also the ending. Sure it's nice and all, but they just ripped the damn thing directly out of deus ex, only twisting it a tiny bit. It has Icarus and Daedalus written all over it, just a dumbed down version. I'll let you play so you can find out for yourself what I'm talking about-... Though you'd need to play Deus Ex 1 first to get it.
