can you disable directx11 somehow? there is an option in the graphics menu but everytime i try to change it to "disabled" it tells me to restart the game. after i restart directx11 is on "enabled" again... -.-

No, I mean on the Graphics option page within the game, you need to apply any changes for them to come into effect.

Go to properties and add this to "Launch options" -dx9
This will force your game to start in dx9 mode. Apart from that learn to google, takes 1 minute to find ♥♥♥♥ like that on google...

i did... i also changed the .cfg files; used dx9 console commands and modified the .exe
to me it seems like they changed the console commands with the dx11 patch so that the old solutions wont work anymore
i hoped that somebody has a "maximum edition" solution

http://www.mycrysis.com/forums/topic47978 try this
Edit: I know you said you tried a .cfg change but have you made it read only, and did all of this?
In the cfg search the values and edit:
r_Driver = "DX9"
r_fullscreen = 1
r_Height = 1080
r_Width = 1920
sys_highrestex = 0
sys_spec = 1

Well, I guess screen width and height can differ, according to what you want it set to.

Edit 2: Why do you want to run on dx9?
