Edit: this was when I was rocking an ol fx6300 and a gtx 680 though, but I managed to get that on mostly ultra with this game back then ;P
lol when since you posted this on the 25th you have had plenty of time to try all the settings :p
oops, wrong link.
Apparently the games readme contains all the infor on the graphic settings according to the 2nd post down, though I cannot verify this as not got it currenlty installed.
Now that I've installed windows 7, I can run Crysis 2 on ultra settings at 720p at an averate fps of roughly 40. it's not 60fps but I'm fine with that because I get to enjoy those (still awesome) 2011 graphics (seriously, that game and mass effect 2, what amazing graphics)
So the aesop here is: windows 10 sucks ass.
