How to get more score to upgrade the ability of the suit?

I'm wondering that how to get enough scores to upgrade the suit,is there any body can help me?

kill EVERY SINGLE ALIEN that u see, ull get points, tanks give like 500 or something on solder difficulty, its not that hard, just bait one of them near u, grab him and finish him, if u use the grab methos ull have to jump in order to get the points, dont ask me why, or u can simply use the power punch while listening to some heavy metal.

You can farm nano catalyst by quitting to the menu after you collected enough catalyst from an area and then just restart the mission.
