What is Direct Aiming?
I was just looking through the controls and I was wondering what is direct aiming and what does the option do when it's turned on/off?

Haven't tried out toggling the option off, but it should be a fancy name for an auto-aim. I've heard that if it's off then the mouse is not that crazy anymore. But can't say much about it because I use Xbox controller for the game. I enjoy it more that way.

Direct Aiming makes the camera directly follow where you are aiming at, instead of swaying a bit before following your aim with your mouse/controller.

I'll have to give it a try now that I'm almost done with the DLC since I finished the main game lol.

Makes the flashlight follow your mouse movement at all times instead of turning with the characters body. Makes the game considerably more keyboard+mouse friendly, it's not really necessary with a controller though.
