Weird QR Code

This is my second playthrough and in episode 4 in the lodge i found a QR code on the wall upstairs. I scanned it and it took me to something on the offical site. It was a weird demotivational poster GIF with a guy nodding and the text saying "Constipation: That looks payneful."

...The hell is that? I never noticed it my first time playing, was it put in with a patch or somethin?(Granted my first playthrough was on Xbox but still...) Who's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nodding? What's with the caption? I noticed the play on words there, are they trying to reference Max Payne or something? Please someone tell me what the hell this is about?

There are some references to Remedy's previous titles in Alan Wake. I remember reading some stuff about QR codes on Alan's Wake wiki : http://alanwake.wikia.com/wiki/QR_Codes.

Ok that pretty much explains everything, I never saw these the first time because they weren't on the 360 ver. and it was a Max Payne reference because the guy Sam Lake wrote Alan Wake too... now I feel bad for calling him an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because I actually am a big Max Payne fan...

Actually now really thinking about it...I have seen that particular clip before, it's in the game as a tv talk show in one of the flashbacks in Wake's apartment. And the Max Payne neuances and nods were not lost on me this time around (The Sudden Stop is basically a Max Payne novel)...now I just feel like a dumbass for not seeing it before...seems a touch self-indulgent on Lake's part but whatever.
