Report a translation problem
One thing I noticed was that - unlike other games - this one started directly after downloading, without any clicks from my side. And while already starting up, a Microsoft runtime-installer popped up in the background. What I did was to stop the game and let the installer run. And I can confirm, everything works fine so far (Ryzen 5-2600, Nvidia 1050Ti wth latest drivers and Win10Pro).
If that installer won't run (And that runtime had not been installed yet on your machine), that might lead to the described behavior.

К сожалению, помог только сброс Windows.
