How do I access the DLC for Alan Wake 1 on steam?

Title says it all. I bought the version that has both DLC's, and now that Ive finished the main game I want to try those. Now Steam says both DLC packs are in my library, and yet when I start up the game, they are not listed in the main menu.

Suggestions?

I was looking for The Writer and The Signal, I was starting to worry that those weren't included somehow.
