Having a weird issue with the plant textures in Alan Wake 2
I'm not sure why this is happening in my game. Whenever I slowly approach plants on the ground, especially bushes, they shift and morph like they're stuttering between different levels of fidelity or something. It's really strange. I have the graphics set to the high preset with ray tracing off, and my rig is:

Intel i5-13400F processor

AMD Radeon RX 7800XT w/ 16GB VRAM

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz

Western Digital WD_BLACK 1TB SN770 PCIe Gen 4 SSD

be quiet! Pure Power 12 M 650W Power Supply

MSI Mag B660M Mortar MAX Motherboard

So it's not a complete beast, but it's a decent mid-range PC that lets me play almost everything in Ultra settings at 21:9 1440p. This is the only game I've had any kind of issue like this with. Is there anything I can do to fix or reduce the severity of this? It's really distracting, especially in Return 1 when I'm walking around as Saga and all the plants are morphing around like they're rave participants.

The really weird part is the issue only seems bad at walking speed. If I'm not moving the character, the issue doesn't occur at all if I just pan the camera. If I'm sprinting, it's heavily reduced. It's only when walking (a gait typically expected in immersive psychological horror games) that they start freaking out this badly.

Here is a link to the Reddit post if you want to see the short video of the issue I'm describing: https://www.reddit.com/r/AlanWake/comments/18g2tay/having_a_weird_issue_with_the_plant_textures_in/
