Audio is a bit unique for me since i am using a Soundblaster AE-7 soundcard which handles all the audio processing. Which could be cleaning it up through the enhancements.
Not having this issue due to to drive and GPU.
The only bug i have noticed was a weird reload animation bug where it double reloaded. It wasn't really an issue and didn't happen again. It happened when fighting the 2 that spawned in the swamp area in the forest when going to the sign with a hole to put the heart through. I'll probably find a few more bugs throughout my playthrough, but so far it has been a very clean experience. There were probably some other bugs during my playthrough, but were so insignificant that i didn't notice them.
1. If you crawl under an object and a taken grabs you then you get stuck in the grab animation and end up dying.
2. The bit that tells you this is the end game you better save doesn't go away if you tell it not ready.
3. Aforementioned audio but that only desyncs in the beginning and cuts out a few times through out the game
4. Possible memory leak where loading takes up to 30 seconds in some cases. Only occurs after playing for a few hours.
Other than that pretty solid experience.
Just wanted to update this thread because this is a really great game and it was my stupidity and not the game causing problems.
It is difficult to catch it with a screenshot. It is very annoying as it flickers with a high frequency. Did not experience it at the beginning, I think it appeared after or around the last update.

Yes, I have the same bug. Happened twice already during first three hours of gameplay in Final Draft mode. All I can do is Alt-F4 out of the game. It never happened during my first playthrough, so the update might be at fault here just as well as the new mode.
Great game otherwise.
The other problem I had was in the resthome the shadows would sometimes look very blocky/low resolution. Lowering the texture resolution/quality actually fixed the problem.
