Alan Wake II is very blurry - try this fix

[Blackened Halo]

Go to render.ini in AppData\Local\Remedy and find the following settings and set them false

m_bVignette
m_bLensDistortion

Here is the whole thread. The guy suggests to turn off some other settings but I think these are enough to get a sharp picture.

Bruh, AW2 isn't on Steam why are you posting this here, go to EGS forums where the game actually launches and let people know there.

Frustrating when I'm trying to look for fellow AW1 players and their posts.

Again, i am asking you, is there an EGS forum? Can you link it? Because i wasn't able to find it. Only an EGS support forum, but not for their games exclusively.

edit: i literally checked and when epic games opened the epic games store they said they don't want to have reviews or community on their platform cause they breed toxicity. so you are literally telling people to go to a forum that doesn't exist. are you a zoomer perhaps?

edit2: i went to the r/alanwake board and guess what? IT IS LOCKED. they aren't approving posts from Oct 27th till Oct 30th so people can "enjoy the games spoiler free". so again, you are saying dumb sh!t. people have nowhere to go, they come here. this is what happens when zoomers like you refuse to go out of your echo chambers and use the old school game forums who all died a quiet death for the sake of mobile phone convenience. btfo tbh.

i agree with you on that lol, but even if you want to discuss the game because you got it for free or gifted, or you just want to see what people are saying about it, you have to go to other platforms. it is annoying. people have been asking for a proper review and social integration on the EGS for years now and they just wont budge and most people are too greedy and stupid to understand that they should vote with their wallet (aka boycott EGS).

In the past Epic forums did exist (before the whole EGS thing).
