Adding Alan Wake 2 as Non-Steam game to take screenshots

Hi. I was trying to add Alan Wake 2 to take some screenshots but Steam Overlay doesn't work for this game. Is there any solutions ?

works fine for me.

I just added the exe in the game folder.

How have you added it?

so go to your epic store library in the epic launcher, right click alan wake 2, click manage.

to the right of the word "installation" there will be a folder icon next to the uninstall button, click the folder button.

This will open up where the game is installed in windows file explorer.

In steam click add a game, add nonsteam game and go to this path and add the exe as your non steam game.

So for me I went to C:\Program Files\Epic Games\AlanWake2

and clicked on the file AlanWake2.exe

worked fine, it shows as running until I close the epic store but other then that no issues.
