(Control has a DLC that sets up Alan Wake 2)
The supposed 'boycott' of Epic has accomplished nothing. Except for making stubborn people wait a year to play the hottest new games. If you're an Alan Wake fan, buy it and enjoy it now. We've been waiting 13 years and there's no good reason to wait any longer.

There are some Youtube videos that do a good job at explaining each but warning the good ones are lengthy but well worth it.
I played 1 and AN earlier this year as a refresher and these games are quite an experience.
Granted, this game may never come to Steam, but then I never thought we'd get a Diablo game on Steam and here we are so...
Patience, good things, those who wait.
