Remedy tried pitching AW 2 to many publishers. You can find the vertical slice they put together on YT. None were interested. Epic is literally the publisher of this, they funded it.

Control was Epic exclusive.
Quantum Break was Windows Store exclusive.

They all come to Steam eventually.

It will take the closure of the Epic Games Store, or for Remedy to reacquire the publishing rights for Alan Wake II or Alan Wake Remastered for those titles to make their way to Steam.
We're talking a matter of years before we'll see them here, but I do feel they will be here...eventually.

I have PS5 too but I don't want because console not have path ray tracing. You can see the different in water reflection

Except it isn't. The game's publisher is Epic Games Publishing. It won't be coming to Steam.

it won't be coming in a year, it's a first party game for Epic Games Store, it's like waiting for Half Life 2/Alyx to come to EGS.
