I think the game runs on your Intel GPU by default, maybe try forcing the game to run on your GTX970?

Why on Earth would you keep the iGPU enabled when having a discrete GPU in your build... ???
Go into your MoBo's BIOS and completely disable the iGPU... That's the first thing you do when you fit a dedicated GPU in your PC...

Erm my GTX 970 is my default display device and it always has been, my CPU Graphics has also always been disabled ...I'm not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid.. People like you just annoy me, you honestly think I'm that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid?........

You've listed 3 hardware components and the OS version. Given that the game tells you that you don't meet the minimum system requirements and 1+1=2, the logical assumption is that your game detects and uses your under-spec GPU... Makes any sense... ? Now, take your insults back as I don't see where I've insulted you.
