Remaster vs Orignal compared!

Hey guys, to give you a first impression of how the original game compares to the remaster, I've created a short comparison video:

Everything was maxed out in both games (on 1080p). What do you think of the graphics?

probably cause op can't run it at 4k at a playable framerate? not everyone has the hardware for it

They made higher res textures, but then just slapped them into the game without bothering to actually readjust lighting and effects. The gameplay is also most likely going to be identical with no adjustments or fixes whatsoever. What a pile of crap.

Original PC version is better looking overall. This remaster just doesnt feel right, like I am playing original modded by community, but in worse way.

Someone on this forum said he looks more like Emilio Estevez than Ilkka Villi, and it's funny how true that is.

Even ignoring how it fails to match Ilkka Villi, the remastered character models are off-putting, really hit that uncanny valley very hard. Reminds me of Mass Effect Andromeda, and how crap the design was there. Never touched that game and certainly won't be touching this remaster.

But the Alan Wake "we know" has never been said actor. Why would we care that he now looks more like him?
