Just bought the game, achievements not working

So, as the title says, i just bought the game and i played around 2 hours non-stop. Just now when i took a little pause i saw that this game has achievements and some i should have unlocked from the beginning of the game, but no achievements unlocked or anything. And when i press " Alt+Tab " in the place that normally showed the achievements it just shows News.
Any idea or anyone having the same problem ?

to be honest idk if there are cheats for this game, but if you used them, it usually disables achievments, also you need to be online to get most achievments, besides that contacting support is all i can think off

I didn't use any cheats and i was online all this time. I kept playing till now and no change. I don't understand why, they don't even show in the overlay. This is the first time i had this problem and i have played many games on steam for many years.

Might be that they where set up for Xbox's service on pc.I forget what it was called.

UPDATE: As of today, the achievements appeared out of thin air but it doesn't recognize the progress i made in game ( with the achievements ) and even if i am in chapter 4 it seems that the achievements are starting from 0 and this is just annoying.

Restart the game then. You can't get all the achievements anyways without replaying the game on tnightmare mode.

I know that, but for example, i found all pages till chapter 4 and when the achievements appeared it said that i collected 0 pages. So even if i finish this run i can't even finish the achievements for the normal difficulty.

When you finishe the game all the achievements for that difficulty and didn't show will show up.. I had the problem my first go through.

so why would you waist youre time to reply it its not worth replaying.

I've replayed it serveral times. Over the years this is the game I've enjoyed the most.
