Depends on what Intel GPU you have. What laptop is this? Anyway, you won't get more than 30-40fps on lowest settings.
It is a Lenovo G40

I think Intel HD Graphics Family is the same as Intel HD Graphics 4400
Try to be more specific please, just mentioning Intel HD Graphics is like saying you have an NVIDIA GPU, it could be anything. A quick Google search on your laptop revealed different editions with different specs, none of them were corresponding to yours.
Sorry, I don't know what is the GPU
Yeah you can run it but i dont think you can have high graphics
I'd suggest inputting your specs into a website called Game-debate and it will give you a detailed explanation on how high you can run it. Personally I dont think youd be able to run it with your current intel integrated graphics so I'd suggest an upgrade

you do not have very good Googling skills as all you have to do is look up his CPU and see that he does have HD 4400 graphics just like he said.

OP you stand no chance of playing this game smoothly. It shows only 17 FPS on lowest possible settings at just 1024x768.

And that will look like Blurry pixelated garbage too. Plus it will also be stretched as that is a 4:3 resolution.
I'd recommend targeting 30 FPS. The vector blur adds a lot to the game, I'd only drop motion blur if you can handle it.
OP
You forgot resolution. I would count on too much with iGPU. Keep in mind it might have problems as:
a) You can't turn off AA for Alan Wake - it was designed to have AA enabled. Forcign it off gives artifacts.
b) This game doesn't seem to like iGPU.

Regardless of that 90% off is worth purchase for future play.

Dude, OP posted hw specs. Why are you asking about brand/model?

Link you provided doesn't say what cpu was used to back up that iGPU, so it might be less or more. Still unplayable with 25 frames and it will look UGLY.
I asked for the laptop model to know exactly what GPU he had, so that I'm able to give proper help. I just happened to forget you could get that info from the CPU, it's not a big deal. The solution I shared above allowed people even with an Intel HD 3000 to enjoy the game, and it's not like you're gonna care about graphics if all you have is an iGPU...

You can't be freaking serious. Whatever possible CPU that would come with that gpu is irrelevant because he would be 100% GPU Limited even on the lowest possible settings and resolution.
