Save Files?

I recently finished this amazing game and have some questions. Since I am running out of space on my internal drive, I want to delete some stuff. Is there a way to find my save files throughs the game's folder and copy them to my desktop. That way if I ever want to play this again, I can transfer the files from my desktop to the game's folder again?

...uninstalling the game won't delete your save.

The game also saves to the Steam servers so you don't really need to back up your saves manually.
