Game keeps black screening on launch

I've seen some discussions about this before, but nothing that has fixed it for me yet.

Any time I launch the game, the audio is there, but it's just a black screen. After a bit I click again, then it just says not responding.

I've tried waiting for the game to work, but nothing. I've verified the files and cleared the cache. Updated everything. Even re-downloaded it it at this point. Nothing has worked for me.

I got it to work for a little bit by opening it up from the folder, but I haven't been able to replicate it since the first time for whatever reason.

Any help would be appreciated, really wanna get back to playing considering how good the game is!

Same, since most recent update I was able to reinstall the full game and load my save file one time. Other than that the game crashes as soon as the Larian logo pops up. Tried on all 3 hard drives I have with no changes/progression.

Same with mac, nothing works.
