Dialogue audio is out of sync after last patch.

It was only happening in Act 3 from time to time but Act 3 is buggy as hell anyways. Now it happens frequently everywhere. Sometimes no audio is played for lines at all or they overlap or only half of a line is heard. Sometimes character also don't move their mouths. I've tried verifying integrity and all that but it's not helpful.
I just wonder if I'm the only one with this bug. It's definitely after last patch since it occured more often. Anyone having the same bugged dialogue audio? Is it a known problem?
It could also just be Dark Urge related and not after the patch because I started a new playthrough right after with this path.

Thanks but why that obnoxious cringy weeb picture in the guide? It's not even related to the game...

The picture's not my first choice either, but I tend to let people who write comprehensive and helpful guide after comprehensive and helpful guide for the community pick the pictures they like for their guides and say 'thank you for your generosity' rather than whine about something superficial like an anime picture.

I wouldn't want to sound ungrateful and passive aggressive at the same time.
